Job Description
  • Provide support to  members of the Dean’s Office, as assigned.
  • Provide telephone and front desk  service, answer questions from students
  • Support LSB Coordinator for Student & Alumni Engagement with events coordination, advertising, creating media posts, distribution of posters, develop projects and assist as assigned.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Student majoring in Business or related field in LaPenta School of Business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Professional Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)-Mandatory
  • Prior related work experience especially customer service, customer support and support to management is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Iona campus and campus offices/locations.
